# How to Start Farming

1. Visit [SeleniumSwap](https://seleniumswap.com/)
2. If you are staking in [Chem Lab](https://seleniumswap.com/pools)**(single token)**, skip to Step 3
3. Provide liquidity on either our site or pancakeswap

4\. Head over to the Farms and select the pairs that you chose ([Farms](https://seleniumswap.com/farms)), approve contract of token.

5\. Enter the amount that you would like to stake and press confirm

6\. Wait & **harvest** your Selen's. (stake in to get more)
